  • 200-250 grams of turkey slices (deli-style)
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 2 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed and dried
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Lay out one flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla. Leave about half an inch around the edges without any filling.
  2. Place a handful of spinach leaves on the tortilla, arranging them evenly over the mayonnaise-covered surface. Then, add a layer of thinly sliced tomatoes. Next, lay the turkey slices over the tomatoes.
  3. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over the turkey slices if desired, for added flavor.
  4. Starting from one edge, tightly roll the tortilla into a compact cylinder, enclosing the filling. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
  5. Once all the wraps are rolled up, use a sharp knife to slice each rolled tortilla into 1-inch-thick rounds.
  6. Arrange the Turkey Tomato Spinach Wrap Roll-Ups on a serving platter and serve them immediately as appetizers or as part of a light meal.
