Ingredients

  • 1 lb striploin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 4 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the striploin steak cubes with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Assemble the skewers by alternating the striploin steak cubes, red bell pepper chunks, and red onion chunks until each skewer is filled, leaving a little space at each end.
  4. Lightly brush the assembled skewers with olive oil.
  5. Carefully place the skewers in the hot skillet or frying pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
  6. Once cooked transfer them to a serving platter.
  7. Brush the skewers with balsamic glaze before serving.
  8. Serve the Striploin Steak Skewers hot, with additional balsamic glaze on the side if desired. Enjoy your delicious and elegant meal!
