  • WF Hamburger Bun
  • WF Chipotle Lime Mayonnaise Dressing
  • WF Swiss Slice
  • WF Lemon & Herb Breaded Basa Burgers
  • WF Chunky guacamole
  • WF Exquisita Mild Salsa
  • WF Black Pepper Thick Sliced Bacon
  • Fresh Cilantro

Directions

1. Bake the Basa Burgers

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place burgers on a lightly oiled baking tray near the top rack. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

2. Grill the Bacon

Place bacon slices on a cold griddle or flat-top grill. Cook slowly over medium-low heat for about 6 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

3. To Assemble

  • Spread chipotle lime mayonnaise on the bottom bun.
  • Add a slice of Swiss cheese.
  • Place the cooked Basa burger on top.
  • Add a generous spoonful of chunky guacamole.
  • Spoon over some mild salsa.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired.
  • Top with crispy black pepper bacon.

Finish with the top bun.
