Ingredients

  • 3-4 pounds sirloin tip roast
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Season the sirloin roast generously with salt and pepper
  2. Place the roast in the slow cooker
  3. Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the roast
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, or until the roast is tender and easily shreds with a fork
