Ingredients

  • 6 cups Western Family Buttermilk pancake mix
  • 1 cup milk (buttermilk or regular)
  • 3.5 cups water
  • 1 tbsp Western Family all natural peanut butter
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup Western Family milk chocolate chips
  • Western Family Maple Syrup
  • Butter

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F and prepare a baking sheet with butter or cooking spray. (*Any size baking sheet will work, adjust cooking time based on height).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, milk and water until well combined and there are no lumps.
  3. Pour batter into the sheet and spread out evenly. Using a spatula, line out 4 quadrants and add the toppings accordingly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes. It will puff up and you can use the back of a spatula to gently press down. *Optional: spread the top with butter and place under the broiler for 1-2 minutes to get a nice golden top.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving. Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy!
  6. Pack away any extras for the week and reheat in a skillet or microwave before serving.
