1 Western Family smoked ham
1 large bag of baby carrots
1 can of Western Family Pineapple slices
12 tablespoons of brown sugar
3 tablespoons of pineapple juice
2 teaspoons of Western Family Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • To get started, preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
  • Then, in a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, pineapple juice, and Dijon mustard until it reaches a thick consistency that you can easily brush on.
  • Brush this mixture over both the ham and the carrots, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake the carrots for 13-15 minutes or until tender.
  • Then, brush the remaining glaze in the pan onto the ham for extra flavor and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  • Serve your delicious ham and carrots with roasted asparagus and scalloped potatoes!
