Ingredients

16 oreo cookies
1 x 250g package cream cheese
1 tsp peppermint extract
½ cup white chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
2 candy canes, crushed

Directions

  1. Add oreos into a food processor and blend into crumbs. Remove 1.5 cups of the crumbs and put on a plate.
  2. Add the cream cheese and peppermint extract into the food processor and mix until well blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls and then roll in the oreo crumbs.
  4. In a microwave safe container, add the white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for 30 seconds (until melted).
  5. Drizzle over the balls and sprinkle with crushed candy canes.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a week or freezer for 3 months.
