Orange Glazed Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (fresh or store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season wings with salt and pepper, then place them on a lined baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through.
  3. While the wings bake, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook until the glaze thickens, about 5–7 minutes.
  4. Remove wings from the oven and toss them in the glaze until evenly coated.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
