Honey Fire Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sear chicken thighs for 2-3 mins per side on grill
  4. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and brush with the honey mixture.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Mix lime juice and sriracha, drizzle before serving.
