- Ripe avocados (2)
- Coconut milk (1 can, approximately 13.5 ounces)
- 2 Broccoli
Directions
- Prepare Avocados: Peel and pit the avocados, then scoop the flesh into a blender with the broccoli.
- Blend: Add the entire can of coconut milk to the blender with the avocado. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Chill (Optional): You can serve the soup chilled. If you prefer a colder soup, refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish (Optional): You can garnish with a sprig of mint, a drizzle of olive oil, or a pinch of black pepper for added flavor and presentation.
