Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange the asparagus and cherry tomatoes around the salmon.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and vegetables.
  5. Sprinkle minced garlic, mixed herbs, salt, and pepper evenly over everything.
  6. Place lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
