  • 2 lemons


  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the salmon fillets by rinsing them under cold water and patting them dry with a paper towel.
  • Cut the lemons into thin slices.
  • Take a baking dish or a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the lined baking dish or sheet.
  • Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the salmon, making sure to distribute it evenly.
  • Lay the lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets, covering them with the lemon slices as much as possible.
  • Take the second lemon and cut it into wedges. Squeeze the juice of these lemon wedges over the salmon as well.
  • Once the salmon is covered with lemon slices and juice, place the baking dish or sheet in the preheated oven.
  • Bake the salmon for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
  • Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a minute or two.
