Ingredients

For the Beef

  • 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Optional: 1 tbsp tomato paste or taco sauce (for extra flavor)

For the Bowl

  • 1 large avocado, sliced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 cup cooked corn kernels

  • 2 cups mixed greens or romaine lettuce

  • 1 small lime, halved

  • 2–3 fresh jalapeño slices (optional)

  • 2 tbsp crumbled feta or cotija cheese

  • A few tortilla chips (optional, for crunch)
