Fresh Guarantee

If it’s not fresh, we will refund and replace the product free of charge.

Our Fresh Guarantee will be granted once per transaction for purchases within 14 days of the original purchase date. It applies to all fresh items in our Produce department, both packaged and non-packaged. Customer must provide original receipt along with More Rewards card. If you are not 100% satisfied with the freshness of your produce, we will refund the value of the item you purchased, replace the produce with an item of your liking from our fresh or package produce productions up to the value paid for the produce item you are replacing. We reserve the right to rescind, or change the terms of, the Fresh Guarantee at any time, including adjusting the 14 day deadline for all or certain Produce items. We reserve the right to refuse some or all parts of the Fresh Guarantee if we determine, in our reasonable opinion, that the customer is abusing the program.
