Ingredients

  • 3 bags Western Family chips
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 tsp canola oil
  • 8 oz Tex Mex shredded cheese blend
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz guacamole
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup jalapeños, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 Parsley for garnish

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add in ground beef and cook until the meat is brown.
  3. Stir in water and the taco seasoning. Simmer on low for 3-4 minutes until well combined.
  4. Remove from skillet and drain off any excess grease.
  5. Crush chips while in bag then cut open the bags.
  6. Top each bag with meat and add toppings.
  7. Serve with a fork and enjoy right out of the bag.
