¼ cup Western Family Single Origin Sumatra ground coffee

4 scoops Western Family Signature French vanilla ice cream

1. To brew espresso, using a Moka pot, add 180 ml water to the bottom half of the pot and add ¼ cup ground coffee to the funnel of the pot.
2. Tighten the top of the pot to the base and place over medium heat.
3. Brew espresso for 5-7 minutes or until the chamber is filled with coffee.
4. Place two ice cream scoops into each glass.
5. Pour one shot of hot espresso over the ice cream in each glass.
